“Without your support, Bhrindha would not be able to afford school education!”

From having a car where he was driving corporate employees to being jobless impacted Kumar in ways he didn’t even imagine! Covid19 pandemic has affected people in different ways, and Kumar’s life had turned upside down. Since 2020, when he and his family had to think about not having money to pay rent or get clothes – he was not in a position to send his daughter to school. He reached out to people he knew to seek support! We from Lets-do-our-part decided to do exactly that – to do our part to help his daughter go to school.

We have been financially supporting Bhrindha go to school over past two years by bearing her school fees, uniform and supplies – which runs to about 40,000 indian rupees per year! Thats a lot for a person who is trying to have ends meet – from food, rent, clothers and other needs. She has been an exemplary student topping her class and getting good grades – being relieved of now needing to worry about paying school fees. Not only supporting financially, but also able to interact with her, understanding how she is doing in school, and what areas she is able to focus us.

“I teach other kids in my school to learn math and science”

Not only is she able to focus on her education, she is doing her part back to community! She in turn spends part of her time in teaching other kids in her school to learn math and science. Thats inspiring!
